Booking, deposit and cancellation.
The standard terms for renting the rig, in plain language. Your written quote confirms the details for your event.
- 50% deposit reserves your date
- 75% back if you cancel 14+ days ahead
- No refund inside 14 days
Reserving your date
A deposit of 50% of your quoted total reserves your date. The date is held for you once the deposit is received.
Paying the balance
The remaining 50% is due on or before the day of your event.
If you need to cancel
- 14 or more days before your event: we refund 75% of what you have paid.
- Fewer than 14 days before your event: there is no refund.
For example, on a $2,000 booking with a $1,000 deposit paid, cancelling three weeks ahead returns $750.
To cancel, email ccalihan@therapysoundny.com. The date we receive your email is the date that counts.
If we need to cancel
If Therapy Sound has to cancel your booking, you get back everything you have paid.
