CAMP Festival: the full rig in the Fairy Forest.

Since 2023, Therapy Sound has run its full 48,000-watt Void system at Calling All Magical People, a boutique 1,200-person festival in Maryland. With the dancefloor packed, the rig still had roughly 30% more capacity in hand.

A ship in the woods.

The Fairy Forest stage is a hand-built ship in a clearing: a sail, chandeliers hung from the trees and candles along the deck. The Void horns stand at both sides of it, with the dancefloor right in front.

It runs outdoors, from daylight through to the closing sunrise set, with no walls to help the sound.

From the booth
“I have never been in a space with such awe inspiring clarity and fidelity of sound while still being able to talk and connect on the dance floor.”

“I’ve played on some of the finest sound systems on festivals around the world and Burning Man, and have had the honor of playing on their Void configuration for the closing Fairy Forest closing sunrise set of the CAMP festival for 4 times now. Their sound is on par with all the other top-notch systems I’ve played on.

There is a joy on weaving a DJ set not having to worry about “what will sound good in this sound system?” - because everything sounds pristine and with punch with their rigs.

Think of it as 'a sonic Michelin Star awarded sound system experience'.”
